As an active member of the Stony Brook University Soccer Club at SUNY Korea, I took on a leadership role by helping organize weekly practices and coordinating team communication. I supported new members’ adjustment to the team and encouraged collaboration among players from diverse academic and cultural backgrounds. During matches, I helped maintain team focus and morale under pressure by promoting clear communication and mutual respect. Through this experience, I developed leadership grounded in responsibility, teamwork, and the ability to guide a group toward shared goals.
